Tyler Zeller wins Prosser award

UNC's Tyler Zeller has won the 2011 “Skip” Prosser Award, the ACC’s award for its top scholar-athlete in men’s basketball, the league announced today. In order to be nominated, an athlete must be an upperclassman with a GPA of 3.0 or better, both in his career and the previous two semesters. Zeller, a second-team All-ACC selection, was also named a first-team Academic All-America this season.
