No matter what happens, some coaches can’t get satisfaction. North Carolina buried rival N.C. State 93-62 yesterday, allowing sated fans to venture into the sunny January warmth before the final horn, but winning Coach Roy Williams saw red all afternoon. Williams acknowledged Danny Green’s career highs but ripped Green’s matador defense and his jumper while leading a four-man fast break.
