Heels strike quickly, hit mark

The University of North Carolina may be helping to usher in a new era of college basketball recruiting. Since Jan. 3, Carolina has received commitments from three juniors -- 6-foot-10 John Henson of Round Rock, Texas, and 6-9 twins David and Travis Wear of Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei -- plus 6-foot-5 sophomore Reggie Bullock. "That's unprecedented," said recruiting analyst Dave Telep of scout.com. (Raleigh News & Observer)
