Dexter Strickland: Injured knee 'feels great'
Posted Mar 18, 2011
UNC’s Dexter Strickland said Thursday the injury that has plagued him the past month is a slight tear in the meniscus in his right knee. Coach Roy Williams revealed Strickland was playing with a hurt knee during his press conference Wednesday, but did not give specifics. Strickland could have had surgery on the knee, which would have ended his season, but he opted to continue playing.
