Heels slip past a giant


North Carolina finished its non-conference schedule undefeated Wednesday night. The Tar Heels trudged through a potential letdown game against UNC-Asheville sandwiched between ACC matchups against Clemson and N.C. State. And still isn't happy with his team's defensive effort. But the big story in UNC's 93-81 victory was the big man on the UNC-Asheville roster, junior center Kenny George. (Greensboro News & Record)
