Kentucky defeats Ohio State 62-60; will play UNC in Elite 8

With the win, UK advanced in hard-fought fashion to play North Carolina in Sunday’s East Regional final. The Tar Heels beat Marquette 81-63 in Friday’s first game at the Prudential Center, getting 27 points and 12 rebounds from Tyler Zeller and 20 points from Harrison Barnes. It will be the second meeting this season between UK and UNC. The Heels beat the Cats 75-73 on Dec. 4 in Chapel Hill, N.C.
