North Carolina reached the Elite Eight by relying on its frontcourt to carry the load, but in Sunday’s East Regional final against Kentucky, one third of its front line disappeared. For the first time this season, lanky 6-10 forward John Henson found himself in foul trouble and was limited to just four points and nine rebounds in 23 minutes in a 76-69 loss in the Eastern Regional finals in the Prudential Center.
