Kinston's Reggie Bullock accepts UNC offer

Kinston's Reggie Bullock, one of the top sophomore basketball players in the country, accepted a basketball scholarship offer from the University of North Carolina on Tuesday. Bullock is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard who is averaging 18.5 points on one of the state's best teams. He is Carolina's fourth verbal commitment in the last two weeks.
