UNC-Asheville coach Eddie Biedenbach took a flyer on a really tall center out of Chicago who, four years ago, was more interested in studying Chinese and linear algebra than back screens and blocked shots. Today Kenny George, at 7 feet, 7 inches tall and 360 pounds, is college basketball's all-time tallest player. But he is no mere attraction; He can play. (Raleigh News & Observer)
