UNC's pursuit of Stilman White changes things quickly


took one heck of a phone call when North Carolina called to offer him a scholarship. The Hoggard star point guard didn't waste much time deciding. Barely 24 hours later, he had announced his intent to become a Tar Heel next fall. While he's currently listed as a one-star recruit, it's not to say White doesn't have credentials. He made the AP All-State team after averaging 20.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game as Hoggard's main scoring option. (Wilmington Star News)
