When it comes to uncertainties about the futures of North Carolina basketball players, don’t forget Dexter Strickland. He goes into the off-season weighing a decision about knee surgery. “The way it’s feeling now, I don’t think I should,” Strickland said prior to the East Regional games in Newark, N.J. Strickland’s right knee has been hurting off and on for weeks.
