Alex Stepheson returns to Tar Heels

Roy Williams hopes to have Alex Stepheson available for North Carolina's game against UNC Asheville on Wednesday night. The sophomore forward was scheduled to return to Chapel Hill on Monday night after returning to his native California last week to be with his ill father. Stepheson is expected to practice today and, if all goes according to plan, play Wednesday against the Bulldogs. (Durham Herald-Sun)
