Stilman White signs with UNC
Posted Apr 14, 2011
In late March Stilman White verbally committed to play college basketball at the University of North Carolina. The Hoggard High School senior guard made it official on Wednesday. He signed a national letter of intent to play for the Tar Heels. The all-state selection will be the first player from Wilmington to suit up for UNC in men's basketball since Michael Jordan in early 1980s. "It's a happy day and I'm excited that I'm going to officially be a Tar Heel. Hopefully I can make coach Roy Williams proud and do some great things up there."
