The Tar Heels could not muster anything offensively, and NC State scorched Carolina for 17 hits as the Wolfpack swept the series by the score of 10-2. One of the biggest struggles of the weekend for the Tar Heels was pitching. Head Coach Mike Fox says State was very aggressive in hitters’ counts and took advantage of their mistakes. (1360 WCHL)
