National-title formula in place again for Williams, UNC

The formula that presaged UNC’s two national championships under Roy Williams is in place again. Forward Harrison Barnes’ announcement Monday that he is returning for his sophomore year means the Tar Heels will welcome back their top seven scorers from this past season, including three who were cinch first-round NBA draft picks.
