North Carolina, Kentucky top list following final NBA draft decisions

Each offseason, two sets of Power Rankings appear on SI.com: The version on the morning after the national title game, which requires plenty of speculation about draft decisions and is written mainly as a conversation-starter ... and this version, which appears in the days following the deadline for underclassmen to withdraw from the NBA Draft. We now know Harrison Barnes, John Henson and Tyler Zeller are staying at North Carolina, which makes the Tar Heels an easy No. 1.
