3. North Carolina (8-5, 4-4): It may be tough to believe the Tar Heels are the third-best team in the league after losing a slew of their best players, including four-year starting quarterback T.J. Yates. But the league is more wide open this year and Tar Heels have one of the best coaches in the ACC.
