Short-handed Tar Heels roll

UNC may not have had its full compliment of weapons, but the top-ranked Tar Heels showed no ill effects, thrashing visiting Kent State 90-61 in Wednesday night’s non-conference contest at the Center. The Tar Heels, who were already without junior guard and senior guard , were also without forward who was in Los Angeles helping tend to his ailing father. (Burlington Times News)
