Unbeaten Tar Heels romp past Flashes

Tyler Hansbrough helped North Carolina shake out of its lethargy last night and pull away from Kent State at the Smith Center in its final preparation for ACC play. The Tar Heels won 90-61 to remain unbeaten and extend their winning streak to 14 games. They led 57-42 when Hansbrough, a junior center, supplied the energy that sparked a 21-8 run that put the game away.
