J.P. Tokoto eager to play for Tar Heel fans

Although J.P. Tokoto has played in the Tournament of Champions before, this trip to North Carolina will be special for him. "Now that I'm committed, I'm ecstatic," he said. The Tournament of Champions will be structured a bit differently this year as a result of a new NCAA rule that banned the event and others like it from Division I college campuses at this time of year.
