North Carolina couldn't hang on to a no hitter, but the Tar Heels did score a few extra runs as they beat Wake Forest 9-0 on Saturday in the resumption of a game suspended by rain after six innings at the Atlantic Coast Conference baseball tournament. North Carolina pitcher Patrick Johnson pitched six no hit innings before the game was stopped just before 2 a.m. Saturday.
