Tressel’s forced resignation has no bearing on Butch Davis’ future at UNC

It’s a waste of time to try to come to any conclusions about Butch Davis’ future and the ongoing investigation into the Tar Heels’ football program based on anything that’s happened at Ohio State, Southern Cal or anyplace else. Though each case has its share of similarities, they’re all as unique as fingerprints. The difference in the circumstances between Tressel and Davis is especially wide. (Wilmington Star News)
