J.P. Tokoto, 2012, Wisconsin Playground Warriors: At last year’s TOC, the North Carolina-bound Tokoto (right) was in the midst of a funk that shot him down the rankings. This weekend, he demonstrated a versatile offensive game and more confidence; Bronson Koenig, 2013, Wisconsin Playground Warriors 16s: Koenig is one of the best pure 3-point shooters in the class, and showed an ability to facilitate offense.
