Tar Heels Roll Past Maine

Despite head coach ’s absence, No. 3 national seed North Carolina only needed six at-bats to build a four-run lead en route to a 4-0 victory over Maine in the Chapel Hill Regional on Friday. North Carolina only managed five hits against the Black Bears, but capitalized on two walks with a RBI single and a three-run home run in the first inning. (Inside Carolina)
