Leslie McDonald stepped out of a sweltering summer afternoon and into the chilled air of the Dean E. Smith Center with a controlled smile. “The summer’s been really good – really good,” he opened. The reason for the extra emphasis? “Because everybody is here,” McDonald replied. “Nobody took the chance to go back home. We have the option to go back home or stay here, but everybody’s here.
