Posted Jun 12, 2011
As UNC coach Mike Fox sat alone in the weight room during a rain delay Saturday with four outs remaining in a super regional matchup against Stanford and his team clinging to a one run lead, catcher Jacob Stallings wandered in. The junior asked the coach if he could turn on the Vanderbilt game. As the pair sat and watched the game, Stallings told Fox not to worry because he was going to get a hit.
