NBA Camp day three: J.P. Tokoto, Mitch McGary, Adam Woodbury
Posted Jun 20, 2011
Maybe the biggest surprise on the low-scoring end was the 6.0 average from North Carolina commitment J.P. Tokoto. Mitch McGary’s stellar spring continued, using the week to boost his stock even more than he had before. McGary is getting calls from all over the country and is one of the hottest commodities. He had a big-time effort on Saturday afternoon with 22 points and averaged 12 points a game. Sioux City, Iowa, big man Adam Woodbury was named camp MVP and at times was a dominating force in the middle. Woodbury scores unless he’s double teamed.
