UNC set to bounce back

For the first time this postseason, North Carolina will find itself with its back against the wall when it takes on Texas today (2 p.m., ESPN) at TD Ameritrade Park in an elimination game at the College World Series. "I think all year one of our greatest strengths is how we've responded to stuff," pitcher Kent Emanuel said. (Durham Herald-Sun)
