NCAA: Former UNC football coach, tutor and student-athletes violated NCAA bylaws

“I feel terrible that these allegations occurred under my watch," UNC head coach Butch Davis said in a statement from the university Tuesday. "I especially regret that the university has had to endure this scrutiny because of the football program.
