Butch Davis loyalists will be happy to know that no letters were specifically addressed to him, and that his name is only mentioned once in the entire document, in the context that the NCAA would like him to appear before the NCAA's Committee on Infractions on October 28. There were, however, allegations that the "institution" failed to properly monitor the conduct of Chris Hawkins. (ESPN.com)
