Harrison Barnes' unusual decision to bypass a sure bet to be taken early in Thursday's NBA Draft, combined with decisions by teammates John Henson and Tyler Zeller to return, has made the Tar Heels the presumptive No.1 team entering next season. "Harrison is a really unique individual," Roy Williams said. "He had stated that he wanted to accomplish things here and he didn't feel like he had done that yet."
