The long-expected NCAA Notice of Allegations finally arrived in Chapel Hill on Tuesday, and with it came the curiosities, anxieties, and fears of a fan base. What does this 42-page document mean exactly? How will it impact Carolina’s upcoming season, or will it and all? And most of all, will it affect Butch Davis’ status as head coach of the Tar Heels?
