To the NCAA, Todd Stewart is a financial adviser who provided more than $7,000 in improper benefits to North Carolina football players. From Stewart's own perspective, he's a disc jockey from Washington, D.C., whose connection to the Tar Heels football program extends no further than a longtime friendship with former UNC defensive tackle Marvin Austin.
