Julius Randle: "My most memorable call was from Roy Williams"

Posted Jul 5, 2011
Some of you may know this but June 15 at midnight coaches were allowed to call us, and I know for me it was pretty crazy. Of all the calls that I got, I’d have to say my most memorable call was from North Carolina coach Roy Williams. He doesn’t usually talk on the phone for too long, but he talked to me for a while. He was just telling about how he would use me there and he told me I was his favorite player. He was talking to me about life and everything. It was a really cool conversation. (ESPN.com)
