Team effort needed to bring ACC basketball back to the top

ACC basketball is down about as far as it has ever been. And this is not something that just happened overnight. The downward spiral has been going on for several years now. Commissioner John Swofford and the folks up in Greensboro have just been able to hide it from those outside the league’s geographic footprint by diverting attention to the national success of their two stalwarts North Carolina and Duke.
