Battle for tops in 2013: Jabari Parker took home MVP honors at the FIBA Americas U16 event and at times has dominated the travel team circuit. His improved athleticism and overall skill level is rare for high school basketball. While Parker is No. 1, Julius Randle isn’t too far behind. His motor, strength and ability to score are reasons he’s a highly regarded prospect and we expect him to make another run at the spot he once held.
