NCAA, former NC justice respond to McAdoo lawsuit

The NCAA Wednesday said it is aware of the lawsuit filed by former UNC football player Michael McAdoo against the school and NCAA, seeking reinstatement after being declared permanently ineligible for academic misconduct. The defensive end is seeking unspecified damages from the school and the NCAA, which the lawsuit accuses of "gross negligence" in ruling him ineligible based on inaccurate information.
