Tar Heels rip UC Santa Barbara

North Carolina never stopped running. Two practices filled with conditioning conducted at a tank-emptying level blurred into the top-ranked Tar Heels’ 105-70 sprint past UC Santa Barbara on Saturday afternoon in men’s basketball at the Smith Center. Football player Greg Little, wearing a No. 45 jersey without a name printed across the back, capped the effort emphatically. (Burlington Times News)
