North Carolina and Duke are among the teams chasing fast-rising big man Mitch McGary. UNC is also on the short list of another highly touted 2012 big man, Adam Woodbury. Meanwhile it sounds like the only thing UNC has to do to land 2013 point guard Josh Newkirk is offer him a scholarship.
