Nike Peach Jam Day 1 Update: Archie Goodwin, Theo Pinson, DaJuan Coleman
Posted Jul 13, 2011
Archie Goodwin is back from his wrist injury and suited up in front of a host of college coaches including John Calipari (Kentucky), Roy Williams (North Carolina) and Bill Self (Kansas). Goodwin went 6-15 in his return. Brice Johnson, the 6-9 post man, shined in his early matchup against the Albany City Rocks and Five-Star rated DaJuan Coleman. Johnson rejected shots at the rim, denied Coleman post opportunities and finished plays assisted by Rodney Purvis and freshman standout Theo Pinson.
