What's the argument over Michael McAdoo again?

The Michael McAdoo lawsuit against the NCAA and the University of North Carolina will be heard in court today. McAdoo is seeking reinstatement after being declared permanently ineligible for academic misconduct in November and is also seeking unspecified damages from the school and the NCAA.
