Denial of Michael McAdoo injunction hardly a surprise


Michael McAdoo, a pass-rushing defensive end, has been ruled permanently ineligible for committing academic fraud. He is suing to regain his final season of eligibility on the grounds that he was “improperly and unjustly” punished by the NCAA. Wednesday’s ruling was hardly a surprise. It would have been a major longshot for him to have won injunctive relief from the court. (Wilmington Star News)
