Reggie Bullock was ready to go. Cleared medically to return to the court with his University of North Carolina teammates Thursday, the 6-foot-7 sophomore was geared up but careful. “Yesterday was the first day I could actually play pickup with the team,” the former Kinston High School star said Friday. “I got a little of running in, just basically worked on my conditioning skills and all-around game.
