UNC hopes to learn from stinker of a win

The practice didn't appear to be as brutal as expected. Nobody vomited, at the very least. Roy Williams didn't crack many jokes and spent a good chunk of the Tar Heels' Thursday workout diligently working on defense, but he didn't seem to be in a spiteful mood. While expressing his disgust with UNC's 88-78 win over Nicholls State on Wednesday, Williams had made it sound like practice would be more like boot camp.
