Butch Davis takes full responsibility for Tar Heel program's woes

North Carolina coach Butch Davis' name might not have appeared in the 42-page notice of allegations the school received in June, but the Tar Heels' coach said at the ACC Football Kickoff on Monday he accepts full responsibility for the scandal that has rocked the program in the past year.
