A Lot Changed in a year for Butch Davis

There were signs at the UNC Board of Trustees meeting Wednesday that Butch Davis' time as head coach of the UNC football team was drawing short. Shortly after being named chairman of the board, Wade H. Hargrove gave Athletic Director Dick Baddour and UNC Chancellor Holden Thorp ringing endorsements. It didn't go unnoticed that Hargrove offered no such kind words for Davis.
