Four questions to sort out from the UNC, Butch Davis press conference

On Wednesday afternoon, in a stunning and landmark move, UNC fired head football coach Butch Davis. Chancellor Holden Thorp said the continuing decline of the university's reputation registered first and foremost in the decision to cut Davis loose. With UNC continuing to climb out from under the rubble of an NCAA investigation, Thorp said a fresh start was needed, especially to protect the university's academic integrity.
