UNC Chancellor took too long on serious issue


is no longer the North Carolina Tar Heels football coach, but Chancellor Holden Thorp will labor in the shadow of the Davis era for years to come. Thorp was weak and obsequious throughout an affair that involved both athletic and academic cheating.
