Tar Heels will have to bond together again

On Wednesday afternoons this summer, more than a dozen North Carolina football players came together to form the team's new leadership council - an idea implemented by coach Butch Davis meant to instill strong decision-making, responsibility and ownership amongst the Tar Heels. Now that Davis has been fired, what those 16 players have learned may be more important than ever. (Charlotte Observer)
