Baddour: Withers will be considered for permanent job if he succeeds

Everett Withers held his first news conference as the head football coach at the University of North Carolina Friday afternoon. "I believe he will be a successful coach and if that happens he will definitely have the opportunity to compete to be the permanent head coach," athletics director Dick Baddour said in introducing him.
